Had good sleep at the standard apartment. Fridges and kitchenware were a big plus.

The rooms are luxurious, the street view is impressive, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, also being close to London Heathrow airport.

i booked it many times and recommend. the room was good sized, it included a work desk, cable channels, and a dining area. the location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, the staff were very friendly. the fact that heathrow terminals 2 & 3 tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

The staff here is exceptional and welcoming, offering great advice on things to do.

The staff was one of the best aspects of my stay - polite, accommodating, and always eager to help. Their complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise, too.
